About Us
Located centrally in the Mill Run shopping district, the UALC Community Garden project began as a joint project in 2011 and the Garden currently produces around 10,000 pounds of fresh produce every year. Most of the fresh, organic produce is made available to area families living in poverty at no cost and the rest is donated to Mid-Ohio Food Bank (which serves seventeen Central Ohio counties).

Garden Work Days
Every Wednesday (starting 6 PM) and Saturday (starting 9 AM) during growing season, come join us in the Garden as we work our soil, plant, and harvest. Every day is different in the Garden and there is always something new to see, learn, and experience. Volunteers are always welcome - just be sure to wear clothes you can get dirty and bring some work gloves with you!

Kids' Garden Club
Wednesday evenings aren't just for Garden-loving grown-ups! School-aged children have their own program (preschool-aged can join with an adult!) of garden-themed activities: garden chores (weeding, harvesting, composting, etc.), games, and even a snack prepared with something fresh-picked from the Garden! Program runs from 6 to 7:30 PM.
